Quality flat fish abound – plaice, dover sole and lemon sole are hitting their prime and make a wonderful light summer evening supper.

Weekend treats include jumbo fresh king prawns and fresh pelourdes clams.

Last but definitely not least fresh mussels have arrived and have been tried and tested by the fishmonger who gives his wholehearted approval…DELICIOUS!!!!!
